Q: 2 round marks between scrotum and leg

I have 2 circle red/brown looking things inbetween my scrotum and my leg on both sides...that looks like pieces of blood that form a circle...i have no clue what they are... and dont know what it is... they itch if i scratch it.

you should get that looked at, sounds kinda like rub marks(maybe your skin is rubbing on itself and it is making it tuff) you should try babypowder or deoderant (it will lube it up a litle) and see if it will go away
