Q: Round Flat Disc lump

I was circumsized as a child and i only just noticed this strange lump at the top of my shaft which seems to be like a small cracker... its hard and seems to be attatched to a small bump i've had since forever. someone suggested it could be a 'sperm ball' and not to pop it... it doesn't seem to hurt at all i'm just curious what it is and if its alright... its there when erect or not.
