I was masturbating my boyfriend and I think I was too rough. He called me a couple days later and he told me that it was sore. When I came over and looked at it there was a little red sore on it and he said that it hurts. Should he go to the doctor? Does he have an STD?

If you were being too rough, he should have told you. Unless the sore does not heal in a day or two he should be fine. For myself, sometimes being rough feels good, even to the point of slapping my penis pretty hard.
