Can a torn rotator cuff be healed through rotator cuff therapy?

No, both my son and my husband had this surgery.....It will get worse without the surgery as your arm gets weak and the pain really gets bad...The recovery from this surgery is not easy...There you deal with therapy....Even after the surgery you watch what you lift...At least this is true in my husband's case..
