The dr. will tell you to get circumcised, don't listen. THAT IS THE LAST RESORT. Use gentle streaching with plenty of softing creams do not use steriod creams but vitamin E or neosaporian. Do this often, and as u masterbate work the skin down gently. Do not use enough force to tear the skin it is tender.
If you are using body soap under the foreskin STOP. use the gentlest soap you can buy. And rinse very will. DO NOT over wash. Once or twice a day id more than enough.
