I have been on medication for about five years. Right now I go on Risperdal, but I lost my period, and any romantic feelings for the opposite sex. That`s not good at an age of 36. I was on seroquel for about six months, and I had my period, but they stopd working, mabye because i was on a diet all the time, because when I was on a diet with risperdal i got simmilar symphtoms.Another problem is that I have gained a lot of weight, so I`m not so attractive any more. With risperdal I also experienced anxiety attacs at the beggining. But I can`t bee without medication because I`m really sick. Do anyone have any suggestions for medication?

(I`m from norway, so excuse my english.)

Suggestion #1
Well, I have a medication suggestion. STAY AWAY FROM RISPERDAL AND SEROQUEL! Join the "Haloperidol" team Smile It's a drug, that is also called Haldol. It's a fast and long acting anti-psychotic, which is very strong. You can take it as needed, or daily. I take 10MG per day, one in the AM, and one in the PM, and that keeps my Hallucinations/Delusions away. Talk to your doctor. I've noticed NO side effects from this drug!

Good luck~
