I had my first child delivered by cesarean April 9, 2008 due to pre-eclampsia and failed induction at 39wks. I believe I am pregnant again and was wondering what risks I am facing attempting a vaginal birth after cesarean. I am also planning a home/water birth, I have read too many stories about women being strapped to beds and not being able to move around in the hospital, much like my induction.

I had a cesarean in 95, delivered my kids vbac perfectly fine in 99,00,02 and 2004 with another one due in 9 weeks.

I dont know of anyone having kids that close together or the chances of a vbac going smoothly for you.
