Q: risk in bypass surgeries

Patient got 2 times heart attack , one in 1994 & 2007. now for past 2 weekks he had chest pain for 3 times, but 2 time after he took alcohol. now how far he is fit for bypass surgeries, ie how much risk is involved ?
