Q: Rise in ALT

Hi,
During a health check ALT was 65. The doctor didn't take any action, after 8 months it became 104 in tests done after delivering a kidney stone.
more tests conducted including hepatitis and other liver test. all tests were normal and hepatitis tests were negative. after 3 weeks ALT dropped to 95.

IS there anything that i should be worried about?
