Ringing in ears

Friday 26, March at video store conversing when hearing reduced by 60 percent in both ears muffled and ringing loudly, lasted for only 2 minutes but since then my left ear has been ringing for 14 days straight non stopped since then. I went to base clinic looked in ear and did nothing else since then. Thursday April 1st symptoms returned the same way with loud ringing in both ears and ringing in both, with disoreantation. however left ear is still ringing to this day. My stress level is normal only a little anger here and there evaluated as not psychological. Now as a stale-mate looking for an answer in which once again military doctors have failed to give.
