Right testicular pain expanding upwards

Hi guys im new here.

Here's my case. I am serving the army now. and i injured myself after one of my route marches. first it was testicular pain and the pain expanded up towards the area below my belly button. both on the right side.

after a while the pain did not get better infact it got worse. I went to a specialist and he said that it could be infection so he gave me anti biotics which didnt help at all.

now the pain is expanding upwards to my lower right back. and the pain is here to stay, i have difficulty walking and moving around in bed. the pain gets sharper when im passing urine and taking a dump.

i went for 2 ultrasounds and took x-ray and urine test, and found nothing. anyone knows what might be happening?
