ok so about a month ago i have found out that my right testicle has become larger than my left. I dont know if its been like this for a while, i just noticed it a month ago and i would like to know if something is wrong... Thanks

My right testicles is bigger and it hurts (mostly groin) once in a while. Especially today, in tennis, i was wondering it will be bad if i get a pain in my right testicles, and i did!
