i have had this pain for over year now. its really getting worse. i have had x ray full blood counts and all is ok. the pain is worse at night waking me up when i change position in bed its like there is something under my right rib and it radiates around to my back it takes my breath away and i can hardly move in bed. last night i just sobbed and sobbed as i was just stranded in one position. when i eventually got up it eases off, always does in the day but i dread night time. i have had two new mattresses one firm, still the same, one memory foam and still i suffer on with this. i am going to doc again tomorrow, but its like they think i am making it up as in the day i appear fine. i am on paracetamol and ibuprofen but no matter what i take a few hours after sleeping when i turn over or move it starts again. i take omeprazole daily for reflux. i was away last week and forgot my tablets. i was up every night with dreadful heartburn. could this be linked at all.
i am at a loss as to what this could possibly be. i have also had physio and been to an osteopath. neither could help, meanwhile this pain is getting worse week by week. i am very very worried. any help appreciated. thank you
