I have sharp pain in the right side of my chest. My chest hurts when I breathe deeply or cough. I have been coughing a lot, have difficulty drawing breath,, and feel tightness in the center of my chest.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Pain in chest could be lungs discomfort, respiratory infection, musculoskeletal spasm, acid reflux or anxiety. Get to your doctor and let them have a look, run some labs and sort it out.
