Male 25, I have been having some discomfort on my lower back, lower abdomen, right leg upto knee (inner thigh area)right bit of the penis feels bit swollen but nothing is visible & right bit of the pubic bone.when i press these areas with my fingers there is pain disomfort. i have no other medical problme. normal appitite no problem passing urine..etc

this has been there for the last 2-3yrs

Any ideas ?
