I've had a feeling of a rib or shoulder blade being out for about a month now. Upon further inspection at the chiros office I also have quite a few small fluid filled sacs in between my ribs on that same side of my body (the right side). They are also EXTREMELY painful to the touch - but you can not see them on the surface. They move and eventually disappate with a little help from the massage therapist....but always come back. My ribs on that side (front, side and back) are all extremely tender as well.

Something to be worried about or will a little ice help things?
