Hi-
I have a doctor apptmt next week , but I wanted to see if I can get some answers as to maybe what this could be because it is worrying me in the meantime.
For a few weeks now, I have had some discomfort in my lower right side which extends sort of to the lower back area. But it's more on my right side.
I feel this discomfort , or rather tenderness/aching when I switch positions when I am in bed and try to roll over or if I turn around in my car to let's say look behind me. I don't feel it as much when I am just walking or straight upwards.
It's very odd- but has seemed to get a little worse the last few days.
Any idea of what is going on? I can't recall any weird exercise I did except rake leaves (and it was slightly bothering me before that).
Thanks!! Appreciate it.
