I have looked at other hand tremor topics and the other symptoms associated don't match mine. During times when I am in a relaxed setting I have a right hand tremor, dizziness when standing, and sweating even when it's cool. Most of the time I do not experience this when highly active but even then it can and does spill into my work day. Oct of 2009 I had a dizzy spell so bad that I fell over, hit my head, and my right arm shook back and forth. I do not have memory of this, my wife told me it went on for about 30 seconds. When I was 19 (1997) I had a black out that lasted for over an hour. I do not remember anything but my eyes were dry enough to make me wonder if I even blinked much the whole duration. An EEG was performed to rule out epilepsy and came up clean. Doctor never investigated further(probably didn't believe me). From ages 12 to 21 (1990-2001) I had chronic migraines twice a month. Since then it's been once or twice a year. April of 2009 I had a routine eye exam to check candidacy for PRK eye surgery and apparently I have developed Ocular deviation in my Left eye(down). I have had blood work to test for thyroid due to my mother having it and it came up clean. Also had a general head CT scan that came up normal. I also spoke to my cousins on my fathers side and all three have had something similar but not as frequent, a few times maybe. I am currently taking inderal once a night 40mg from which has stopped the hand tremor, but all other symptoms remain. Hand tremor made me think neurological but I'm not sure where to start. My doctor seems dismissive because I appear healthy. 5"11" 152 lbs. I don't have anemia of any kind. I don't drink excessive caffine. Ideas for where to look would be greatly appreciated.
