Q: right foot always swollen

I have for almost 3 years a swollen right foot. (I'm now almost 40 years young) I flew on vacation to Germany, after 15 days of staying there, all of a sudden my foot was swollen. Nothing bit me, I didn't sprain it, but I did do a lot of walking.
The swelling does not go down overnight. It gets even more swollen if I sit or even if I'm on my feet too long.

I had a venus dopplar, MRI, XRay's and bloodwork done and everything was 'great'. The MRI showed only that I had swollen tissue.
I also had a pelvic ultasound done and that showed that my uterus was enlarged & filled with benine tumors. I had my uterus removed, with the hope that this will take care of the problem (hoping that perhaps the enlarged uterus was putting presure on a arterie) but it didn't help.

I went to my family doctor, a internal medical doctor, a Orthopedic, and also to a Vascular surgent. And all of them don't know why only my right foot is swollen. It doesn't hurt, but it gets 'uncomftable' when it is severly swollen.
What doctor should I seek next? Is there hope out there for me? What could this be?
