A couple of month ago i woke up with severe pain in my right elbow, the pain lasted 2-3 days. I then had a lump of a grizzle type on the upper arm part of the elbow, it also feels like little stones rubbing together inside my elbow, i now have a lump which seems to be full of fluid, it is not painful just uncomfortable, i would like to know if this needs to be drained or if it will go away in time
