Hi, welcome to the ehealth forum and I am glad to help you.
You seem concerned by the symptoms of right cervical lump, painful stiff neck, night sweats, loss of weight, white spots on gums, small pituitary tumor and history of precancerous lesion on pap smear six years ago. You also have family history of pituitary tumor and cervical cancer in your mother and others with cancers of blood, bone, skin, lung and breast etc. You have also been diagnosed with depression and anxiety with panic attacks.
With the symptoms that you have described, it is pertinent to rule out chronic infections especially tuberculosis as it is very common in the developing world and is making resurgence in the west as well with the HIV epidemic. Other possibilities to rule out is that of cancers like lymphoma as you have symptoms of unexplained weight loss with night sweats and abdominal discomfort. You may need some tests like CT abdomen and excisional biopsy of the right cervical lump to rule out the possibility of the lymphoma.
You may also like to visit your gynecologist to see the status of precancerous lesion in cervix diagnosed 6 years back and institute appropriate treatment for the same as you have history of cervical cancer in your mom as well.
Hope this helps. Take care.
