i have tingling soreness and loss of strength in my right arm. mostly in the inside of arm. when i rotate my head to the right there is a spot where the pain increases greatly and starts to tingle around front part of right arm pit?

It sounds like you are developing a cervical radiculopathy, or compression of a nerve in the neck region.

You should probably see your physician for an evaluation. Good luck.
