Q: Right and left hand perceptions crossover

Hi!

Some nights (and this only seems to begin directly after sleeping) I wake up in the middle of the night and find that my perceptions of my right and left hands become severely distorted and confused.

For example, if I try to throw on a jumper, I can put my arms in the wrong places, and it is difficult to get on. The problem is also noticeable if I attempt to type on a keyboard. I will end up pressing the wrong keys.

Please let me know if you have any ideas what this could be!!

I am 24/male and quite fit.
