I have a bad cough and congestion. I had read that ginger is good for it so I have been making tea with fresh ginger in it. I also read that too much can be bad for you but can't find anywhere that say how much is too much. Just wondering if anyone know how much would be too much?
Usually, i know it is safe to take herbal teas like ginger or oregano for the duration of the cough. Like a week is alright, but if you take longer to get well, you may need more than teas and medical advice. Hope this helps.
