The stroke patient was taken to a small local hospital in a Russian village 24 hours after a stroke. Her abilities to talk and to move got back on its own within 24 hours after a stroke, however she is still very weak and has some difficulties. How dangerous would it be to take her to a better facility with more qualified staff if it's 5-6 hours away (the road can be bumpy in some places)? Can riding in a car (with someone else driving) worsen her condition? What are some risks compared to a risk of getting improper health care at the village hospital? Thanks!
