Q: rib pain and kidney pain while running

I am 22 years old female. I am having left rib pain which used to be occasionally but I am noticing it more for last couple weeks. My grand dad had asthma. I never smoked, never drank. I used to have this pain only sometimes while inhaling. But for couple weeks, i have been noticing not only when I am inhaling. Also, I have constipation sometimes, and I can't run because of my kidney pain. I never saw a doctor for this. Please help, and let me know what I sound like?
