Hello, I am hoping to have both a rhinoplasty and a liplift to correct the asymmetry and bulbous tip of my nose and reduce the disproportionate amount of space between my upper lip and nose.

As both require incisions around the nose, I was wondering if it is a safe and common procedure to simply have both in the same surgery?
