I'm sorry you were lied to by your first dr... that stinks. But.. if you've already made antibodies to the rh then the rhogam shot is a moot point. Barn door already open.
First off you need to be tested for the antibodies... see what your level is. If you have them then you can carry (an rh baby) to term, but its a higher risk pregnancy and you'll have to be watched closely to prevent miscarriage... and the baby may still need special care afterwards (healthy baby, but a blood transfusion thing) if your antibodies are particularly high.
How early into your pg's did you miscarry?
Also if your partner has a recessive neg gene (obviously he's pos if this is an issue) then it's definately possible to carry a healthy baby to term... as long as he passes on the neg gene instead of that pesky pos one. No way to determine that though.
