Q: reverse tubal ligation

I recently had a D & C, nine years ago I had a tubal with a babcock clamp and have been having complications. Would I be a good candidate for a reverse tubal what are my chances of becoming pregnant?, my tubes are only .5cm and .7cm long and only have one ovary.
