How do you feel about reverse Psychology? To take the situation below and make it a trumatic experience rather than a pleasant one? A situation that would cause me to hate the jacket! Would this work? Maybe tied up with it on backwards and left for 3 or 4 hours?

Hello.

If you can successfully and cautiously use the technique of reverse psychology, then you should give it a try. The key is not to confuse with guilt. In the process, you should not invite guilt feelings.

The important outcome of using reverse psychology in this situation is that you should "believe" that the other outcome (not wanting the jacket) is the best option. You will need hard work and dedication.

You might want to take help of a therapist for this purpose.

Regards
