Hi,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Your symptoms of pain during intercourse, pelvic pain, post coital bleeding and dysmenorrhea( painful periods) can be due to the cysts or the Mirena coil. The tilt of the uterus will not produce such symptoms.
Mirena is notorious for causing pelvic inflammatory disease and intrauterine adhesions. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries. It occurs when bacteria move upward from a woman's vagina or cervix to her uterus or fallopian tubes. The secondary dysmenorrhea is due to pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroids, endometriosis (abnormality of lining of uterus), pelvic tumors, and intra uterine device (like copper-T) etc.
You should consult a gynecologist for internal examination and get the Mirena coil removed. You can use condoms or Nuva ring during intercourse to prevent pregnancy.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
