a veterinary surgeon in sounth africaand has lost visionin the one eye due to retinal detatchment, they gave two months to see if it came right but it has not.
he is willing to travel, do anything to repair forobvious reasons.
we're batteling to find out places or medical institutes overseas even to find out about the surgery. please if anyone can help
