retina transplantation

I just watched a retina transplantation video and I could not find any information about it.I have niece who 2 months ago had face injury and she lost her sight on both eyes.I am struggling to find a clinic where they can try to help her.She is 12 years old and as far as I know she has structural damage on the both eyes and I think that with retina transplantation she may be able to see again.Please provide me with any information that will help.Even if there is a doctor who is willing to do something experimental would apply.Thanks
