Q: Resveratrol and coronary deficiencies
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 5th, 2009
Hi Doctor,
It is about my mother who lives abroad. My question is, does the Resveratrol supplement help with this condition? What dose would you recommend?
Thank you.

Current medical status: the pulse was over 130 at that time when diagnosed, now the pulse is about 50
Current medical treatment: hospitalized,

Resveratrol is a powerful antioxidant found in dietary supplements and in natural foods such as grapes and red wine. Mouse and rat experiments showed that Resveratrol has anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, blood-sugar-lowering, chelating and other beneficial cardiovascular effects. There is no scientific evidence that Resveratrol helps people suffering from a coronary deficiency.
