that showed up on an xray on my hip. On the requisition he called it a pathological hip. The bone scan was normal. Now I'm wondering if it isn't in the bone what it could be? Some of my symptoms he seemed interested in were the pain that wakes me up at night, night sweats, swelling, and restricted movement in the joint. The surgeon is away on holidays now, and I've been worrying over this for 2 months now. Does anyone have any idea what it coud be?

Ok, is it your hip or your knee that you are having a problem with?

I'm copying this over to orthopedics where people might have some ideas for you.
