Can you describe the restlessness more closely?
Was moving your body alleviating the restlessness?
What are the stick like things in your bowel movements?
Do you say that the form of your stool is usually like a stick?

Moving does make the restlessnes go away until I stop moving. And when I say stick like things in my bowel movements I mean like it looks like there are tiny stems. They look very solid and I was worried at first that I had worms, but they dont move around. I know this is all really weird and bothersome but I just want to know whats going on

Having an irresistible urge to move part of the body to stop uncomfortable or odd sensations in that part, is known as restless leg syndrome.
It's name comes from the most affected part of the body, legs and feet, but, the sensations can be felt in the arms and torso, too.

Was the onset of this restlessness slow or sudden?
Do you have periods free of restlessness, followed by new attacks of the same problem?
Do you take some meds?
Do you have some other medical problems?
Are you experiencing some other problems with your bowel movements?
