My grandfather had Parkinson's and I guess it made me aware of the disease. I'm a 41 year old male and for a few years my hand seems to want to shake. Its hard to explain. If I set my elbow on a table with my hand in the air and start to turn it back and forth, my right hand seems to want to keep shaking. Only the right. It sounds kind of psychosomatic, even to me. But as I was falling asleep yesterday, it actually shook on its own for the first time. It woke me up and have been somewhat panicked since. I have no health insurance yet. What should I be looking for and when should I do something about it? I do have a slight history with anxiety and I do drink alot of coffee and cokes. Should I be worried?

Thanks
