I've taken b.c. pills for more than 5 years and this has happened to me on more than one occasion. I would recommend waiting until you have your period and wait for the SUNDAY AFTER the period to start your new pack.

If you choose not to wait it out for the period, you will get the period even though you're on the pill. And then you might not get period at all during the placebo pills turning everything out of whack. The possibility of getting your period in your next pack during the placebo pills is not likely, you will most likely spot whenever your body feels like it during your second pack. Just wait for your period and then go back on the pill. trust me, the likelihood of spotting is high.
