Hello,

I have had some depression and anxiety relating symptoms for about a decade. usually, the SSRI family would improve mood and energy. I have had symptoms as IBS(had colonoscopy nothing wrong), panic, OCD,low sex drive(had rigidscan nothing wrong found),insomnia, even some claustrophobia. My doctor told me that i need a mood stablizer because anti-depressant wont help anymore alone. So i tried Topamax,Seroquel, neurontin and Now Abilify on one time or another with either paxil, lexapro, and now Zoloft.

Previously i had energry boost and improve symptoms on the things i mentioned. But now it seems like i am taking a placebo with no effect. It is quite bizarre but everything seems resistent to improving and stabilizing mood. I am thinking maybe i should get off everything and take klonopin only in emergencies? I did live drug free for 3 years. But after i had a problem with work and lost my old job i thought i needed to stablize my mood. Nowadays, I am reduced to taking a paycut and trying to improve my symptoms. I am taking Zoloft 100MG and Ablify 10MG, how long should i wait before trying something new? It is been a month.
