my relative , male age abt23yrs, was studying well till standard 8th.
Thereafter the school carried out appititude test and suggested to him to shift to commerece from 9th standard.
He followed and did fine till 10th standard.thereafter he refused to continue in commerece and wanted to shift to science.Parents had no choice as he refused to continue in commerce subject.
He was given tutions along with college studies.However he has not been able to pass the exams since last 6 years.Also he does not take any effort to study.
On asking him if he wishes to change subjects or what difficulty he is facing he refuses to answer.
Now he is becoming voilent on some pretex or other, like wants / demands unreasonable things/expenses beyond the parents limits.
It is becoming very difficult for the parents to cope up and he goes to extend of handling his younger brother and mother.
His younger brother was 3yrs junior to him and is now one standard above him, and doing very well in studies.
