Im always very depressed about how I look. People always have bad things to say about me and I can never seem to find anyone who wants to comment positivley about me. I want to go swimming and wear shorts but I can't do those things because people tell me Ill look awful. And truthfully, it is very true. Im over weight by 60 pounds, and Ive lost many friends from so much jealousy. They eat so much and don't try to look so good and I try very hard and I cant lose a single pound. Ive thought about killing myself but I don't think I could make my mom go through that. Ive also realized that no matter what I do, ill still end up being plus sized because I have large bones. Over all Im about to give up hope on looking good and feeling good. I need help. I don't want to be a plus size!

Get a calorie book...Live by it religiously...Start out at 1,600 calories per day...Eat what you want to, but stick to the calories and serving sizes in the book...When you have lost 30 pounds bring it down to 1,400 calories per day...Do some walking for some exercise...Stick by your diet...You are a plus size because you alone have made "you" a plus side...Heck, with the large bones...Poor excuse...

If you want to do it, this is your recipe...Worked good for me many, many years ago, and hopefully will work for you...

try this
eat what you want, when you want it. eat when you're hungry and stop when you're satisfied.

your problem could be emotional (low self-esteem = weight problems, like me) or physical.

there might be a physical reason you're body doesn't drop weight. Don't tie yourself to a diet or tons of rules. The simpler you make it the better and the more likely you'll keep to it.

start with breakfast WITH PROTEIN every morning. breakfast is the one meal you cannot skip!!!

and nothing is every worth killing yourself over. give yourself a break. you can lose weight, but i'm sure you also have some really great physical characteristics (eyes, etc.). focus on what you like, not what you don't like. learn to love your body. accept it and know you are not your body. so your self-worth shouldn't be tied to your body.

think of people with other problems body related. i know a man who has this gravitational force pulling your eyes and other people to him, and he's been in a wheelchair for years. it's not the body. it's the mind and heart. and i can tell you've got a lot of heart.

i am 5'4" & 190lbs. i dont think i look good but for some reason when i m outside i can stop traffic. i get my clothes from the thrift store, i make sure my hair is done, and i get pedicures to feel good about myself. i m not quit a plus side, but i m almost there. the majority of my clothes doesnt fit b/c i gained so much weight.
i m on a lot of medication and i m on the depo pervera.
loosing weight is so hard, but i want you to surround yourself around positive people, i want you to eat healthy, write everything down that you eat, drink water and excercise. i cant loose weight either, b/c i m not motivated. but dont give up honey!

you have to feel good about yourself. i have a lot of flaws, but i wouldnt want to be around anyone who is able to point all of them out for me. STAY AWAY FROM PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY. there keeping you from feeling good about yourself. i can give you a compliment and i dont even know you.
