I have had a baby 2 and half months ago by caeserian section and i have fell pregnant. will my body be ok to have the baby as i really want to have the baby.

I have a 4 year old girl but never thought i was preg intell iw as 6 weeks. Lately me and my husband been trying someone says i could have a cist but ive been moody and my peroid came 2 weeks early.. and it was pinkish redish color only last 2 and a half days...
My breast are tender.. Everytime I eat I feel like im gonna get sick..I need answers lol..
