Welcome to e health forum.

No, stem cell therapy is not therapeutic in conditions like End stage renal disease. The kidney is a highly differentiated organ with complex developmental stages. The nephrons (functional unit of kidney) develop from different structures during intrauterine organ formation and development. Stem cells, cannot attain such differentiation and formation of new nephrons during adulthood is not possible.

The only measures that can be helpful to treat ESRD is regular dialysis or a renal transplantation.

You may consult your nephrologist for additional information and assistance.
