Q: Remove Penile Papuals

I have really bad Pearly Penile Papuals. Im only 16 and i'm about to become sexually active, i have just started to a see a beautful girl. And i'm always conscience, we havent had any kind of sexually intercourse yet, because im scared if she see's them she will finish me, then it will go round school saying that i have these things. So its becoming really really difficult as they are really noticable.

I was just wondering what age it is to get them removed? Where can i get them removed?
Please Help!

Well, first have you identified the cause of the spots? You might want to see a urologist in order to get a diagnosis and then learn the best way to treat them!
