I think I might have torn my stomache muscle, but I don't know what it is.. today I ate alot, I was laying in my bed and I yawned and pushed out my stomache extremely far. I was overwhelmed with an intense pain on the latf side, lower rib cage. I get a throbbing pain when I eat, or when I move certain ways. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for using this forum....

I think you are suffering from a muscular tear of abdominal muscles which is also quite rare...more likely it would be some fibres which should heal but i suggest strongly to get a sonography for diagnosis..you may take analgesics till that time...

take care...
