Medication should not be used without a previous medical examination and exact diagnosis. You might want to visit your doctor for a physical examination and electrocardiography (ECG). He might refer you to a cardiologist for further examination, if necessary. In addition, you might want to try yoga classes or various other relaxation techniques.
