i come to a realization that there is no
such thing as breaking up with food. Food
is like a bad ex boyfriend that will
always hang around, waiting for you to be
weak, so they can take advantage of you.
Running away from the problem will only
escalade the situation. my point
is...don't avoid food. Eat it, chew it,
enjoy and savour every taste of it. AND
DON'T TRY TO RUN TO THE GYM AFTERWARD...
Love yourself, trust yourself and don't
think about why you did what you did,
instead understand that food is like
life...is never perfect but it's ok, just
remember that you love yourself enough
that you will not feel guilty about it,
and you will enpower the idea to be able
to do what you want.
So does that mean you can eat whatever?!!!
NoOoo...because you love yourself and
trust yourself enough that you will not
SABOTAGE your body.
Treating yourself for what you want to eat
is VERY DIFERRENT than cleaning out the
fridge and feeling guilty about that you
did.
EAT WHAT YOU TRULY WANT, AND TRUST YOU -
LET YOU MAKE THE DECISION OF WHAT IS GOOD
FOR YOU ( WE ARE TALKING ABOUT COMMON
SENSE HERE...add fruits, vegetables,
bread..etc to your diet)
