Is it possible to have a regular period and not be fertile?

Yes. Infertility isn't only about ovulation. There could be secondary infertility going on - or a hostile uterine environment, etc.

How long have you been trying to get pregnant? Doctors advise consulting a physician after you have been trying for 1 year.
