I'm 17 years old and have been getting regular headaches for the best part of two years. When i say regular i mean they can be everyday, i do go to college which means i am sat in front of a computer for long amounts of time which i do know can cause headaches, but i do make sure i have breaks. I doubt this can be the sole problem though as they started being regular before college. When i get a headache it usually comes with dizziness and nausea and sitting in a well lit room can make me feel worse. I usually just end up taking two paracetomol but i'm getting worried that i'm taking them too often now and i'm wondering if there is anything i can do to stop the headaches or when i get one an alternative method to treating the headache.
Thank you Smile

Extremely eHealthy
Headache associated with dizziness, nausea, photophobia or intolerance to light (sitting in a well lit room), are features of migraine headache.
You should visit a neurologist specialized in treating headaches for true evaluation and right diagnosis of the type of migraine you may have.
There are preventive medications for migraine, that will lead to less severe and less frequent attacks of headache.

Best wishes!
