I am so tired of binge eating pattern. I can binge on breakfast, or lunch , evenings, o yes, for last 2 weeks i binge every second day.

i gained maybe 2 or 3 kg. every 2 months i gain 3-4 kg and loose it. I am not fat, even rather slim-skinny. but as remember my anorexic times, i was in control, i did sports and would never binge, just ate very small, i went too far, but that kind of going too far is better than what i do now!!!

no i plan to fast for 3 days! yes i need to regain the control.

I stopped purging, for 2 years now i dont throw up, so i can get rid of binging(i am just out of control in all spheres of my life)

please share with me your advice

love
B

Every time you are thinking of doing this, sit down and write yourself a long letter telling yourself why you are doing it....Read it a couple of times...Maybe by the third time you will wonder why you wrote it, and why in the world you are doing it....Believe me this can help.....
